Fruity, fresh and healthy way to start you day. Breakfast Smoothie will boost your vitamin level and gives you energy in the morning.
The weather was cold, foggy, windy and gray all week, I could hardly sleep and we had a really lot work to do, most of the time these things makes me grumpy, but now somehow I was happy most of the times! I think it’s because I try to eat more fruit and the smoothie I’m about to share with you helps me a lot in it!
But before that… Laci and I are gonna have a little trip in the autumn break (which is from tomorrow), just the two of us for 5 days in a hotel…I can’t wait to be away from the work, just relax, stay cozy and enjoy the colorful fall!
We’ll spend tomorrow with packing, and buying everything we might need, but before we leave I want to share this healthy and delicious smoothie with you! Unbelievably simple and fast breakfast, oh and it fills you for hours!
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 Sharon fruit
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 0.5 cup frozen peach
- 0.5 cup frozen pear
- 1 tsp ginger
- 0.5 lemon zest + juice
- 1 cup liquid of your choice
- * Optional 1 tbsp honey or sweetener
- Mix everything in a blender.
Hopefully I’ll be able to post from the hotel and share the trip with you!
