Today I’m gonna share my wine braised mushrooms recipe. I hope you’ll enjoy it!
First of all the wine braised mushrooms is easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms
- Wine
- Onion
- Milk and starch (you can leave this if you want to)
- Seasoning: pepper, salt, nutmeg, chive
Clean and slice the mushrooms, repeat this with the onion. Put them into a pan and add about a cup wine, use wine you like and you would drink too, never use a wine you don’t like or you wouldn’t drink it! Cover the pan and let the braise.
I used the famous Hungarian wine, Tokaji Furmint.
Now that the mushroom steamed a bit, add the seasons and the milk-starch combination. Heat a little bit more and it’s done!
