This cake perfect both only for snack and sweet craving, but it’s great for go-on meal, for breakfast and for work/office lunch! 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr whole rolled oat (I grind it myself, but if you prefer, just buy whole oat flour)
  • 7-8 middle size apples
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 gr icing sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

First of all, prepare every ingredient, the baking mold and pre heat the oven.
Pour the whole oat flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and the cinnamon.
Divide the eggs and add one half of the icing sugar to the whites and the other half to the yolks. Whip both the whites (them first) and the yolks until they whiten (the yolks will whiten too).
Peel the apples and grate them to the top of the oat and mix them.
Slowly add the eggs too and carefully mix them.
Pour the mixture to the mold and bake it on middle, rather lower heat for 40-50 minutes.
Let it cool for 15-20 minutes before serve!

Feel free to share your experiences if you try it out!

– Love, Anna!
