Pear-Citrus Peel Yoghurt is simple, but delicious on-the-go breakfast, which you can easily make ahead. Perfect for autumn days.
I’m finally in Fall mood! 🙂 The leaves turning colorful, the weather is chilly and I’m all about getting warm and cozy! Soo I’ve been craving for fall flavors for over a month now. One of my favorite fall flavor combination is pear-cinnamon, even the smell of them makes me happy!
Since I’m working all day in an office, it’s hard to get away from the paperwork even in the morning, so I need a really simple but filling breakfast what I can grab and eat. This yoghurt is just like it, I can make it ahead, I can eat it on-the-go and tastes like Fall! 🙂
It’s refreshing and warming at the same time, thanks to the candied citrus peel and the cinnamon. So easy and quick to make and you can make it after you get home from work, leave it overnight in the fridge and the next day it’s an on-the-go breakfast.

Oh and I haven’t show you the kittens lately, but they’re cuter and fluffier then ever! 😀 They’re always purring, and playing, they’re really lovely! But what’s most conspicuous how different they look like.
From left to right: Moaning Myrtle (or just Myrtle) look-alike her mother, Indiana Jones (or just Indie) look-alike his father and Mini Mammoth (or just Mammoth) is look-alike his grandparents!
