Banana Chocolate Greek Yoghurt Muffin! It’s so light, fluffy, soft and delicious, also it’s healthy and made of banana, chocolate and greek yoghurt!
Flavorful, healthy game day snack, the delicious cuban quesadilla filled with ham, cheese, pickles and mustard.
Light, crispy outside, soft and delicious inside; it’s the Fried Pangasius Fillet!
In the spirit of the Healthy New Year Six-Week Challenge 2nd Week’s theme, “Go Ethnic!”, I made a fresh, savory asian chicken fried rice with spicy baked chicken wings.
Wow! I can’t believe the first week of the Challenge is already over! Last week’s challenge was protein-packed breakfasts! I’m quite proud of myself, however I’m still low on protein, I’m getting better at it!

I’ll miss waiting for the new challenge every week. But I’m gonna stick to what I’ve already achieved, work on what I didn’t achieve yet. This way easier to live healthy!
