Flavorful, healthy game day snack, the delicious cuban quesadilla filled with ham, cheese, pickles and mustard.
Last week’s challenge was ‘Healthy Game Day Snack’. So I made flavorful cuban quesadillas. They’re quite simple, ready within minutes and the flavors bursts in your mouth!
Brush the puff pastry with the seasoned mustard then sprinkled on it the ham and the pickles.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on it too.
Slice the pastry into 15-50 cm ribbons. Fold them in half (keep its length). Cut the ribbons into triangles.
Bake them for 20 minutes, turn them over about half time.
I also made a quick dip and it turned out to be a great idea, my dip highlighted the quesadilla’s flavors even more.
