I don’t know about you but I tend to crave for some snacks between the main meals, also when I’m bored or when I’m stressed. So, it’s really important to me to surround myself with healthy snacks instead of junk ones.

These healthy snacks are simple, delicious and really quick and easy to make! Share on X
  1. Simple Guacamole

It’s one of the most simple, yet most delicious of all. I honestly obsessed with avocados lately, so I couldn’t leave my simple guacamole recipe out of the list.

Here is what you need: 1 Avocado, Salt, and Pepper to taste and a little squeeze of lemon.

Mash them together with a fork and ta-da, simple guacamole! So-so delicious, also you will eat it just as quick as you made it.

2. Carrot Sticks and Tortilla Chips with Guacamole

Clean, peel and cut then carrot into sticks. Heat and cut the tortilla into chips. So simple, yet the crunchiness is so satisfying, so need for potato chips when you have this.

3. Multigrain Toast with Guacamole and Baby Spinach & Multigrain Toast with Guacamole and Mushroom Slices

Still sticking with the avocado and the guacamole.  This one is more filling, it’s perfect for a breakfast with a poached egg on top.

But for this one, you need multigrain toasts, guacamole or avocado slices, a few leaves of baby spinach and a teaspoon of chili paste or chili jam or hot sauce.

For the other one, you simply need multigrain toasts, guacamole or avocado slices and a few slice of mushroom. You can use raw or sautéed mushroom, depends on what you prefer. I sprinkled some more pepper on top.

4. Lettuce Salami Pickle Bites

These snacks are literally bite-sized and it takes a minute or two to create a whole plate of them. You need to cut lettuce (I love iceberg because it’s crunchy and fresh), cut some pickles and fold salami slices in fourths. Use a toothpick to pin them together.

5. Ham and Tortilla Rolls

For the ham rolls, you need a few slices or ham or turkey cold cut.

  • The first version you need the ham or turkey cold cut with dijon mustard and pickle slices.
  • The other one you need the ham or turkey cold cut with horse-reddish and red bell pepper.

For the tortilla rolls, you need flour or corn tortilla, a few slices or ham or turkey cold cut, a few slices of pickles, red bell pepper and baby spinach.

All of them cut in halves and pinned together with toothpicks.

6. Vegetable Sticks

This is the easiest of all my healthy snack. All you need is to cut you favorite veggies and ta-da, vegetable sticks!

I used carrot, red bell pepper, and pickle. But also great choices the cucumber and celery stick too!

7. Fruit Salad

Fruit salad are one of my favorites around this time of the year and since I really don’t use any dressing or sweetener on most of them, they’re really healthy.

This time I used cherries, peaches, and mangos, good amount of cinnamon sprinkled on top. If you want to shake it up a little, add some lemon and orange zest.

8. Pear and Cherry Greek Yogurt Parfait

Peel and cut a pear, layer it in a bottom of two glasses, sprinkle some cinnamon on top, then layer 1/4 cup greek yogurt on each, add some cherries and finish with another 1/4 cup of greek yogurt. Add some more cinnamon and a little lemon zest. Soo good!

9. Orange, Peanut Butter and Banana Bites

Peanut butter and banana is a classic combination I really find interesting. I haven’t tried to combine them until lately, but I kinda addicted to them now. So for this you need a smaller size banana, a teaspoon of peanut butter and for the zinginess and freshness, an orange, cut in half.

10. Apple Wedges and Peanut Butter

Another delicious peanut butter combination is with apple wedges. It’s truly fantastic, even better if you use a green apple or a rather sour one!
