This recipe is absolutely simple. All you need to do is:
- Mix the 1 cup of milk of your choice, and the 1 teaspoon honey with the 3 tablespoons of chia seed.
- Put it in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
- Dice 4 the strawberries.
- Dice the 1/2 mango, then with the help of a hand blender, blend it.
- After the chia seeds absorb the milk, stir it.
- Layer the chia seed pudding with the blended mango, and the diced strawberries.
