This killer chocolate cherry cake is so rich, unbelievably moist, but thankfully not too sweet, the cherry filling add a little sourness, it complements the dense chocolate and the creamy chocolate ganache frosting adds the whole cake silky, airy cover.
Easter is coming, I decorated my cake with colorful egg-shape candies, decor sugar and cherries; the more color the better!
Since it don’t have a complicated decoration, it’s really fun to make, so it can be a great holiday activity with the kids.
Let them decorate it!
So it’s not my easiest or healthiest recipe, but believe me, it’s worth to try out!
