On Sunday my mom asked me to bake something she can take to a work meeting. I wanted to make something seasonal, so I decided it’ll be a peach cake, and to make it more delicious, I made a peach yogurt cake with peach yogurt and dried peach.

This cake is really easy and it taste amazing! Furthermore, you can make countless versions of this, simply change the flavor of the yogurt and add different fruit. See? Simply! 🙂
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 300 gr sugar
- 500 gr flour
- 500 gr flavored (or plain) yogurt
- 0.75 cup oil
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 150 gr dried peach (diced)
- 2 package baking powder
It’s the double amount of my original recipe! Okay, so first thing first! Devine the yolks and the whites! Add 200 gr sugar to the whites and beat them. It’ll take a few minutes, but make sure it’s well-beaten! Add the remaining 100 gr sugar to the yolks and beat them too, until it’s almost white! Add the remaining ingredients to the yolk-sugar mixture. Start mixing them and slowly (and carefully) add the egg whites! Pre-heat the oven, then prepare the baking mold (add baking paper or grease it)! Pour the cake mixture to the mold and bake it on low-heat for 30-40 minutes!

Looks yummy, right? The taste of it was even better! It’s a big amount so you can make if to a party or a meeting or a family even! (I think it’s about 24 slice) I hope you’ll like it and try it out!
