I was thinking about what should I make for dinner, then it popped into my mind: Firecracker chicken!

It’s a simple Firecracker chicken recipe and only a few ingredients needed!
Ingredients:
- Skinless, boneless chicken (any part you like)
- Honey
- Chili
- Water
- Vinegar
- Salt, pepper
- Home made or organic ketchup
- Starch
First of all, grab a pan and add the honey, chili, salt, pepper, ketchup and water the quantity of them depends on your taste and the amount you want to make. Mix and heat them!
Now dice the chicken and grab another pan, add a little oil if you must, heat the pan and stir the chicken. When the chicken and the sauce are ready, add a little starch to the sauce, mix it. Pour the sauce onto the chicken and you’re finished!
