In this week I searched healthy, low-calorie and diet recipes on the Pinterest when I found a really delicious looking pastry, it was the English muffin.
The original recipe is belong to Savory Simple with Jennifer Farley, it’s her Whole Wheat English Muffins recipe.
I changed the recipe a little:
4,5 cups wheat flour
1,25 teaspoons salt
0,5 tablespoon sugar
1 bag baking powder (15 g)
50 gr yeast
1,75 cups milk
3 tablespoons margarine
1 large egg, beaten
It looked amazing when I baked it and the smell was delicious too! I couldn’t wait to taste it and when I did I wasn’t disappointed, it was fantastic! So go ahead, try it! If you have any tip to make it healthier or more tasty, don’t be shy to share!
