After a long and really tiring day, I got home all I wanted is a easy, healthy snack. I combined two summer flavor to make a healthy snack bar! The Coconut-pineapple bars is the love child of the coconut and the pineapple! 🙂
All you need is desiccated coconut and diced pineapple, if you want, you can add sweetener!
Mix the coconut and the pineapple and blend it lightly with a hand blender, then layer it into a bowl or a tray, anything what you can put into the freezer!
Cut the mixture into little bars, put into the freezer for 30 mins. After the 30 minute, you can easily get them out!
You can decorate them with pineapple or chocolate!
