The other day I was looking for some cherry recipe to make on the Pinterest, and I found a yummy looking one and of course I tried it! It was the Cherry Rolls by Shopgirl
Okay, so she has a lot of fantastic recipes, worth to visit her site and wander on it!
When I made it, I needed a bit more flour and I added vanilla extract. I used sour cherry and raisin with cinnamon and a little sugar for the filling. In the end I left the glaze out, it was just too much for me…
My dough was a bit amorphous, but it was still good enough:) (And smelled delicious)
After rolled and cut. Let bigger space for them! (It wasn’t enough)
I can’t even tell you how amazing it smells when I got it out from the oven! I poured about a cup of milk on the top of the cherry rolls so it stays moisturizer. It taste even more amazing than it smells and looks, so absolutely must-try!
