Wow! I can’t believe the first week of the Challenge is already over! Last week’s challenge was protein-packed breakfasts! I’m quite proud of myself, however I’m still low on protein, I’m getting better at it!
Rich and yummy Rainbow Salad with peas, baby carrots, mushrooms, chinese cabbage, bell pepper, tomatoes and feta cheese.
I can’t believe it’s the last day of the year, but as I scrolled through my posts I realized it was a busy year and far better than the previous one. So, now I share this Best of 2015 post with you, swelled with pride! 🙂
