It’s been a tough few days, the school year just started and we have a lot to do. After 8 hours work when I got home I really need all my creativity to cook varied, last time I made home made pizza, the topping gave me an idea. That topping would be a perfect salad, so I made the All in 1 salad!
So it’s a quick and really easy recipe, I made it for dinner, but really you can eat it anytime! 🙂
Ingredients (depends on how much you like or how big amount you want to make:
- Peas
- Corn
- Carrot (diced)
- Pepper (diced)
- Mushroom
- Onion (diced)
- Sour cream, salt, pepper
- If you want to, add some chicken breast
- Apples (diced)
Cook the veggies together (fry the onion a little before you add the remaining vegetables). Mix the sour cream, the salt and the pepper, add any other spicy you like, it really should depend on your taste. After you cooked the veggies, let them cool, when they’re ready, add the sour cream to them and mix them with the apples.
It’s delicious, quick and I think it’s easy too. I hope you’ll try this out!
