Spinach Pesto is the pure green-gold and now my family's favorite! This pesto is made with baby spinach and cashews. Spinach pesto is so simple to make and so tasty, you'll put it on everything!
Servings 4-5 cup of Baby Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
4bags Tesco Baby Spinach4 x 80g
1cupCashew Nuts
1cupgrated Cheese
4clovesGarlic
1or 2 cup Oildepends on the texture you want
1/2Lemon's Juice
SaltPepper to taste
Instructions
Put the spinach in a blender.
Grate cheese on top.
Add the cashew and the garlic cloves.
Squeeze the lemon on them.
Add the salt and pepper.
Pour the oil on top.
Blend everything together until it has a smooth texture.
