I love making home made pizzas! You can choose the topping, and by making your own dough, you can make it healthier or not-so-healthy. I like the less-dough, more-topping type of pizzas and I like when the bigger part of the topping is full of veggies! This home made pizza is exactly that type of pizza!
Remember, you can change the topping any time!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 1 cup warm water (maybe you need 1.5 cup, it depends on the flour!)
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 50 gr yeast
- 3 tbsp oil
Topping:
- 250 gr diced mushroom
- 200 gr corn
- 200 gr pea
- 3 large pepper
- 2 tomato
- cheese
- 500 g sour cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper, paprika
The dough:
Pour 1 cup warm water to a bowl, add a pinch of sugar and put the yeast in it. Let it rise for 10 minute. When the yeast is ready, add the remaining ingredients and knead it. Add more water/flour if needed! Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes!
In the meanwhile you can prepare the topping.
The topping:
Mix the sour cream, the chopped garlic and the salt, pepper and paprika. Dice the mushrooms, the peppers and the tomatos. Add the mushrooms, the corn, the peas and the peppers to a pan and steam them!
Pre-heat the oven, grease the pan and put the dough in it. Prick the dough with a fork and bake it for 5-10 minutes on medium heat. After the 5-10 minutes, add the topping, first the sour cream, then the veggies and last but not least the cheese. Put is back to the oven for 5-10 more minutes (until the cheese melts)
It’s about 8 slice (depends on the appetite!)
I hope you like it! My family did! 😀
