It’s been a tough few days, the school year just started and we have a lot to do. After 8 hours work when I got home I really need all my creativity to cook varied, last time I made home made pizza, the topping gave me an idea. That topping would be a perfect salad, so I made the All in 1 salad!
Few days ago I realized we have way more tomato, than we can eat and I didn’t want to go waste, so I decided to make my own home made ketchup!
I love making home made pizzas! You can choose the topping, and by making your own dough, you can make it healthier or not-so-healthy. I like the less-dough, more-topping type of pizzas and I like when the bigger part of the topping is full of veggies! This home made pizza is exactly that type of pizza!
On Sunday my mom asked me to bake something she can take to a work meeting. I wanted to make something seasonal, so I decided it’ll be a peach cake, and to make it more delicious, I made a peach yogurt cake with peach yogurt and dried peach.
Okay, it’s not really a muffin, more like an omelette cupcake! The Gluten free breakfast muffin!
After a long and really tiring day, I got home all I wanted is a easy, healthy snack. I combined two summer flavor to make a healthy snack bar! The Coconut-pineapple bars is the love child of the coconut and the pineapple! 🙂
The summer time is perfect for grilling while you can combine it with eating healthy. I love grilling veggies, it’s easy, healthy, smells and taste amazing! So go out and grill your fav vaggies!
