Pear-Citrus Peel Yoghurt
Simple, but delicious on-the-go breakfast, which you can easily make ahead. Perfect for autumn days.

- 200 g greek yoghurt
- 2 pears
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp diced candied citrus peel
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Peel and cut the pears.
Dice the citrus peels. Leave some for decoration/topping.
Blend the ingredients with a hand blender.
Decorate it with the remaining diced citrus peels. Serve it cold.
