No-Bake Yogurt Pie

This easy and refreshing No-Bake Yogurt Pie is one of my all-time favorites dessert. It's absolutely simple to make, it's not overly sweet, and it's perfectly fruity!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peach Juice
  • 2 450 g Peach Yogurt
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 4 pack Dr. Oetker Gelatin Fix
  • 2 pack Dr. Oetker Clear Cake Glaze
  • 1 can Tropical Mixed Fruit
  • 1 pack Ladyfingers
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Berry Syrup
  • Sprinkle *Optional - to decorate

Instructions

  • Dip the ladyfingers in a little peach juice.
  • Lay the ladyfingers into the bottom of a round cake pan.
  • Pour the whipping cream to a stand mixer and start to whip in a slower speed.
  • Add the two yogurts to the whipped cream when it reached the soft peaks consistency.
  • Drain the tropical mixed fruit, then add the 3/4 of the fruit to the yogurt mixture.
  • Add the gelatine fix.
  • Mix the yogurt mixture for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour it on the ladyfingers.
  • Let it set in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
  • Mix the water with the syrup.
  • Lay the remaining fruit on the top of the pie.
  • Add the Clear Cake Glaze to the syrup.
  • Pour the glaze on top of the fruit.
  • Let it set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
