This easy and refreshing No-Bake Yogurt Pie is one of my all-time favorites dessert. It's absolutely simple to make, it's not overly sweet, and it's perfectly fruity!

Ingredients
1cupPeach Juice
2450 gPeach Yogurt
1cupWhipping Cream
4packDr. Oetker Gelatin Fix
2packDr. Oetker Clear Cake Glaze
1canTropical Mixed Fruit
1packLadyfingers
1cupWater
1/4cupBerry Syrup
Sprinkle*Optional - to decorate
Instructions
Dip the ladyfingers in a little peach juice.
Lay the ladyfingers into the bottom of a round cake pan.
Pour the whipping cream to a stand mixer and start to whip in a slower speed.
Add the two yogurts to the whipped cream when it reached the soft peaks consistency.
Drain the tropical mixed fruit, then add the 3/4 of the fruit to the yogurt mixture.
