Finally the weather was nice today, so we grabbed the frying disc and the chicken I marinated yesterday and combined them to a Frying disc chicken! 🙂
- Skinless, boneless chicken (I used drumsticks)
- Seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika, chili, cumin, parsley, brown sugar, vinegar, oil
Cut the chickens a little and put into a bowl you can cover later!
Add the seasoning to the chicken, cover it and put it into the fridge for a couple of hours, I left there for a day.
