Freezed-Fried Zucchini are easy to make and you can put them into the freezer and grab when ever you need.
So I love foods that I can make previously and this is one of them!
- Zucchini (or squash if you prefer that)
- Eggs (depends on the amount of the zucchini)
- Seasoning: sesame seed, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, Curcuma
First, cut the zucchini, put them into a bowl, add salt and pepper, layer the salted and peppered zucchini. Put the bowl into the fridge for about half an hour. While you wait, mix the breadcrumbs with the seasoning, add some salt to the eggs too!
Okay, so half an hour later put out and pour off the water. Now the fun part! If you have kids, please let them do it! I loved it as a child and probably if you anything like me, you grow out of it… 😀 So here are the sequences: First is the flour, next the eggs and finally the breadcrumbs. When you finished with one, put it into tray or anything you can put into the freezer (except if you want to fry it immediately after). Okay, so the tray is full, now put it into the freezer until you need it (put it in as well as if you want to make it only a half an hour/hour later, because the salt will drain the water out of the zucchini and it will be greasy).
